OMG OMG OMG OMG Beyonce aka Queen of Everything and Anything has just released her new single “Bow Down” from her Mrs. Carter World Tour. I many be biased because I worship the ground Queen B walks on but this song is H O T. This is a definitely a new sound for Beyonce from her last album “4” but its amazing. She samples traditional hip hop beats with a max of deep trap making her new track EXTRRRA sexy.. Making me wanna yell “BOW DOWN B*TCHES” to everyone that I see. Let me know what you guys think about it
I have not heard to much about this group but they have been generating a lot of buzz lately. They have been a group since 2006 and sense then have taken the music industry buy storm. In 2009 they landed the opening gig for Lady Gaga’s Monsters Ball Tour. Personally i really like this song and I’m kinda into it. They are currently working on an album set to drop late 2013. What do you guys think?
I mean… I… I don’t know where to start. Part of me can’t believe that this is the same Nelly that brought us “Hot in Here,” “Country Grammar,” or “Party People.” The other part of me wants to reluctantly embrace this new sound Nelly is going for.
Sure, its a complete ripoff of Flo-Rida’s sound, but for generic pop/hip hop music, its easy on the ears and catchy… what more do you want from a radio based song?
Im curious to see how Nelly’s new direction will impact his career. Maybe this is the comeback he needs to become relevant again after that last album flop… Ya I don’t remember the name of it either.
What do you think? Its a great rendition of the original song by Asadinho. I like the fact that the sound is completely different than the original and gives a new vibe to the overall song. Replay button GO!
Surprise, surprise. While at Elton John’s 21st annual Oscar party, Chris Brown FINALLY slipped up about his relationship with Rihanna and admitted FINALLY for the first time to the press that they are in fact back together. Chris was quoted in the New York Post’s Page Six saying:
“We are really happy. We are back together. She is the most beautiful girl in the world. But I’m sad she couldn’t be here tonight; she is rehearsing for her tour.”
Notice how the word FINALLY is in all caps? We already knew but hey, its about time they came out and admitted their relationship. Since Christmas day the two have been spotted on several outings to NY Knicks and LA Lakers games as well as being ALL OVER EACH OTHER on holiday trips to Hawaii and Barbados…and don’t even get me started on all the pictures of the two on Rihanna’s instagram.

This is musical magic to my ears. The incredibly talented singers, Justin Timberlake and Marcus Mumford (from Mumford and Sons) have confirmed that they worked together on glorious new music. Timberlake recently stated, “I did work with Marcus Mumford on the soundtrack,” referring to the upcoming Coen Brothers movie. Check back later for more details! Timberlake and Mumford’s work will also feature the Punch Brothers and a production from T Bone Burnett. Burnett worked on the Coen Brother’s “O Brother, Where Art Thou?” soundtrack as well.
Timberlake also stated, “I don’t know any other world where we would get the opportunity to collaborate like that but it was so much fun,” he continued, “Not only will that be a great movie, but the music to it will be fantastic.”
